Bold Homemade Fajita Spice Blend
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika (smoked or sweet)
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Mix thoroughly until evenly blended.
Store in an airtight container or spice jar in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
Use 1 to 2 tablespoons per pound of meat or vegetables when cooking fajitas.
