    A traditional Czech feast dish: slow-roasted duck seasoned with caraway, served alongside braised red cabbage and fluffy bread dumplings.

    Ingredients (Serves 4):

    * 1 whole duck (1.8–2kg)

    Ingredients:

    1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

    1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

    8 oz cream cheese, softened

    1/2 cup sour cream

    1/2 cup mayonnaise

    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Directions:
