• Creamy Tuscan Salmon

    Ingredients:
    - 2 salmon fillets
    - 2 cups spinach
    - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    - 1 cup heavy cream
    - 2 cloves garlic, minced
    - 1 tablespoon olive oil
    - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    - Salt and pepper to taste
    - Fresh parsley, for garnish

    Preparation Steps:
    1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    2. Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
    3. Add salmon to the skillet, skin-side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
    4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
    5. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until they soften.
    6. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
