MEGA BBQ CHICKEN & RED ONION DEEP DISH
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
½ cup BBQ sauce
½ cup thinly sliced red onion
1½ cups shredded mozzarella or smoked gouda
1 deep dish pizza crust
Optional: chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1⃣ Toss chicken with BBQ sauce.
2⃣ Spread extra BBQ sauce on crust, layer chicken, onions & cheese.
3⃣ Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 18–20 min till golden & melty.
4⃣ Garnish with cilantro if desired.
