  • KHO QUẸT dễ làm tại nhà

    -Nguyên liệu:
    500g thịt ba chỉ, 100g tôm khô, hành tím, tỏi, tiêu xanh, tiêu sọ thì càng ngon( nhưng do hnay nhà hết ko còn chút hạt tiêu nào ah), nước mắm, đường , nước lọc
    -Cách làm:
    Sơ chế sạch thịt. Thịt ba chỉ lọc bỏ bì thái miếng nhỏ, có thể thái hạt lựu hoặc thái dài chút, nhà e hay thái dài nhỏ để dễ gắp hơn .
    Cho thịt vào chảo đảo ra mỡ vàng thịt là được, nếu thích ăn kiểu mỡ mỡ ngậy ngậy có thể thêm tóp mỡ vào cũng rất ngon. Để riêng ra một bát cả thịt và nước mỡ, chừa lại 1 chút mỡ để phi hành tỏi.
    Tôm khô ngâm nước nóng chừng 10 phút sau đó rửa sạch để ráo . Hành tỏi đập rập phi thơm rồi cho tôm vào đảo đều tầm 5 -7 phút thấy tôm và hành tỏi vàng đều thì cho bát thịt vừa nãy vào đảo cùng ớt khô.
    Nước sốt : tỉ lệ gồm 2 muỗng nước mắm+ 1 muỗng đường +1 muỗng nước lọc. Cho nước sốt vào chảo thịt tôm vừa đun vừa đảo nhẹ để lửa nhỏ thịt tôm ngấm đều,tới khi nước sốt sền sệt keo lại nhưng đừng để nước cạn sẽ bị mặn ah,bỏ tiêu + đầu hành tươi đảo lại 1 chút rồi tắt bếp.
    Kho quẹt dùng ăn cơm, ăn kèm củ quả luộc, cháy cơm rất hợp ah.
