    Chocolate Lava Cake

    Ingredients:
    - ½ cup unsalted butter
    - 1 cup dark chocolate chips
    - 2 large eggs
    - 2 large egg yolks
    - ½ cup granulated sugar
    - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    - ¼ teaspoon salt
    - Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

    Preparation Steps:
    1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease four ramekins.
    2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate chips together in 30-second intervals until smooth.
    3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, and granulated sugar until thick and pale.
    4. Stir the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until combined.
    5. Gently fold in the flour and salt until just incorporated.

    EPIC LOBSTER & CORN DEEP DISH FUSION

    Ingredients:
    1 deep-dish crust
    1 ½ cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
    1 cup fire-roasted corn kernels
    1 clove garlic, minced
    ½ cup scallions or shallots, chopped
    1 cup shredded mozzarella
    ½ cup gruyère or white cheddar
    ¼ cup heavy cream
    Optional: fresh thyme or parsley

    Instructions:
    1⃣ Sauté lobster, corn, garlic & scallions briefly in butter.
    2⃣ Mix with cream and cheeses.
    3⃣ Spread into crust, top with more cheese.
    4⃣ Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 min until bubbly & golden.
    5⃣ Garnish with herbs. Slice into that buttery seafood magic!
