  • SHRIMP AND CRAB STUFFED SHELLS WITH ALFREDO SAUCE

    Ingredients:

    20 jumbo pasta shells
    1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
    1 cup cooked crab meat
    1 cup ricotta cheese
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    2 cups Alfredo sauce
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Directions:
    1⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2⃣ Cook jumbo pasta shells until al dente, then drain and set aside.
    3⃣ In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
    4⃣ Stuff each shell with the seafood filling.
    5⃣ Spread 1 cup of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
    6⃣ Place stuffed shells in the dish and pour remaining Alfredo sauce on top.
    7⃣ Sprinkle extra mozzarella cheese on top, if desired.
    8⃣ Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
    9⃣ Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
    Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
