Ingredients:
1 deep-dish crust
½ cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup fontina
½ cup ricotta
¼ cup grated parmesan
1 tbsp truffle oil (or finely chopped truffle)
1 clove garlic, minced
Optional: thyme or arugula for garnish
Instructions:
