GARGANTUAN REUBEN-STUFFED PRETZEL BOMB

Ingredients:
1 large ball of pretzel dough
1/2 cup sliced corned beef
1/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup sauerkraut, drained
2 tbsp Russian dressing
Baking soda wash (1 tbsp soda + 1 cup hot water)
Coarse salt for topping

Instructions:
1ïžâƒŁ Flatten dough into a thick disc.
2ïžâƒŁ Pile corned beef, cheese, sauerkraut & dressing in center.
3ïžâƒŁ Fold tightly into a sealed dough ball.
4ïžâƒŁ Brush with baking soda wash, top with coarse salt.
5ïžâƒŁ Bake at 200 °C (390 °F) for 25 min until deeply golden.
