Ingredients:
1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
3/4 cup sliced corned beef
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup sauerkraut, well-drained
2 tbsp Russian or Thousand Island dressing
1 egg (for egg wash)
Optional: melted butter + caraway seeds for crust

Instructions:
1ïžâƒŁ Roll out dough into a large oval.
2ïžâƒŁ Layer corned beef, cheese, sauerkraut, and dressing on one half.
3ïžâƒŁ Fold over, seal edges tightly, and crimp.
4ïžâƒŁ Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with caraway if using.
