MONSTER REUBEN DIP CARROZZA

Ingredients:
8 slices thick-cut white or rye bread
1 cup chopped corned beef
1/2 cup sauerkraut, well-drained
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
2 tbsp Russian or Thousand Island dressing
2 eggs + 2 tbsp milk (for egg wash)
Butter or oil for frying

Instructions:
1ïžâƒŁ Mix corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss, cream cheese & dressing.
2ïžâƒŁ Spread mix on 4 bread slices, top with remaining slices.
3ïžâƒŁ Dip sandwiches in egg wash.
4ïžâƒŁ Pan-fry in butter/oil over medium heat until golden & melty, ~3–4 min per side.
