Ingredients (Serves 2β3):
* 1kg fresh mussels, cleaned
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 200g cherry tomatoes or crushed tomatoes
* 1 small chili pepper, chopped (optional)
* 1 glass white wine
* Olive oil, salt, parsley
Instructions:
1. In olive oil, sautΓ© garlic and chili until fragrant. Add tomatoes and simmer briefly.
2. Add mussels and white wine. Cover and steam until mussels open (5β7 minutes).
