BEHEMOTH REUBEN DIP-STUFFED BAGEL

Ingredients:
2 large bagels, halved & hollowed
1 cup chopped corned beef
1/2 cup sauerkraut, well-drained
1 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp Thousand Island dressing
Butter for toasting

Instructions:
1ïžâƒŁ Mix cream cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss, and dressing into a thick dip.
2ïžâƒŁ Stuff mixture into hollowed bagel halves.
3ïžâƒŁ Sandwich halves together, press gently.
4ïžâƒŁ Butter outside, toast on skillet until golden & melty.
5ïžâƒŁ Slice & serve warm — melty, meaty, monstrous!
