BEHEMOTH REUBEN DIP-STUFFED BAGEL
Ingredients:
2 large bagels, halved & hollowed
1 cup chopped corned beef
1/2 cup sauerkraut, well-drained
1 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp Thousand Island dressing
Butter for toasting
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Mix cream cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss, and dressing into a thick dip.
2οΈβ£ Stuff mixture into hollowed bagel halves.
3οΈβ£ Sandwich halves together, press gently.
4οΈβ£ Butter outside, toast on skillet until golden & melty.
