CATASTROPHIC MEATBALL & RICOTTA DEEP DISH
Ingredients:
1 lb thick crust pizza dough
12 mini meatballs (cooked)
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup chunky marinara sauce
Fresh basil & oregano for garnish
Instructions:
1️⃣ Press dough into deep dish pan, build up sides.
2️⃣ Layer mozzarella, dollops of ricotta, and meatballs.
3️⃣ Pour marinara over the top, add Parmesan.
4️⃣ Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25–30 min until golden and bubbling.
5️⃣ Finish with basil, slice and unleash the cataclysm!
