COLOSSAL GREEK DEEP DISH ODYSSEY
Ingredients:
Deep-dish pizza crust or thick dough
1 lb ground lamb or beef (seasoned with oregano & garlic)
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup Kalamata olives, sliced
½ cup cucumber, diced (for topping)
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup mozzarella, shredded
Optional: drizzle of tzatziki or Greek yogurt
Instructions:
