Creamy Yogurt-Walnut Sauce with Garlic and Fresh Herbs
Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped or ground
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons fresh dill or mint, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin or sumac for extra flavor
Directions:
