Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice cubes
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
Peel and slice the bananas, then add them to a blender.
Add peanut butter, milk, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
