If you're craving a quick, hearty meal, this Ground Beef Taco Cabbage Skillet is your answer! Packed with flavor and easy to make, it’s perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Directions:
1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Toss in the diced onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until it’s nice and translucent.
2. Next, add the minced garlic and ground beef to the skillet. Cook until the beef is wonderfully browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as you go—this should take about 5-7 minutes.
3. Once the beef is cooked, stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if you’re feeling spicy!). Mix everything together until well combined.
4. Now, it’s time to add the shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Give it a good stir, cover the skillet, and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and full of flavor.
5. Remove the lid and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top. Cover the skillet again for a few minutes until the cheese melts into gooey goodness.

GREEK GYRO OVERLORD DEEP DISH
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked gyro meat (lamb or beef)
1 cup diced tomatoes
½ cup sliced red onion
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
½ cup sliced cucumber
1 deep dish pizza crust or thick flatbread
½ cup tzatziki sauce
Optional: fresh oregano or parsley

CÁCH LÀM BÁNH MÌ CUỘN SỮA NƯỚNG BẰNG NỒI CHIÊN KHÔNG DẦU
Nguyên liệu:
- Bánh mì sandwich: 1 gói
- Sữa tươi: 500ml
- Sữa đặc: 10ml
- Đường: 20g
- Bột bắp: 50g
- Lòng đỏ trứng gà: 2 quả
Cách làm
- Cho 500ml sữa tươi, 20g đường và 10g sữa đặc vào nồi. Khuấy đều và nấu đến khi đường tan. Thêm 50g bột bắp, tiếp tục nấu ở l.ửa nhỏ đến khi hỗn hợp đặc lại thì tắt bếp.
- Phết 1 lớp dầu mỏng vào khuôn, đổ hỗn hợp sữa bột vào. Đợi nguội, cho vào ngăn đá tủ lạnh trong 4h rồi lấy ra c.ắt thành thanh dài.
- C.ắt 4 cạnh rìa của lát bánh mì sandwich rồi cán mỏng. Đặt thanh sữa vào, phết 1 lớp lòng đỏ trứng ở rìa rồi cuộn lại.
- Quét 1 lớp dầu mỏng lên bề mặt bánh, xếp bánh vào nồi chiên không dầu (có lót giấy nến). Nướng ở nhiệt độ 170 độ C trong 8 phút, lật lại rồi nướng thêm 7 phút nữa là xong!
