Fresh Garden "Lawn Mower" Salad with Ranch and Crunchy Veggies
Ingredients:
3 cups finely shredded lettuce
1 cup finely chopped spinach
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup finely diced cucumber
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup real bacon bits or crumbled cooked bacon
1/2 cup ranch dressing (or your favorite creamy dressing)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
In a large bowl, toss together the shredded lettuce, spinach, carrots, cucumber, bell pepper, celery, and red onion.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits to the bowl and mix gently.
