Tropical Mango Coconut Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1/2 cup coconut milk (full-fat for creaminess)
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for added sweetness)
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Add the mango, coconut milk, lime juice, and honey (if using) to a blender or food processor.
