    CYCLOPEAN SHRIMP SCAMPI & GARLIC DEEP DISH

    Ingredients:
    1 deep-dish crust
    1 ½ cups large shrimp, peeled & deveined
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    Zest & juice of 1 lemon
    3 tbsp butter
    1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or provolone
    ¼ cup chopped parsley
    Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

    Instructions:
    1⃣ Sauté garlic in butter, add shrimp, lemon zest & juice, cook until pink.
    2⃣ Spread some garlic butter sauce on crust base.
    3⃣ Layer shrimp and pour remaining sauce over.
    4⃣ Top with shredded cheese.
    5⃣ Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 min until bubbly and golden.
    6⃣ Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
