    Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu :
    - 1 bát cơm trắng ( cơm nguội )
    - 1/3 quả dưa leo
    - 1/3 quả cà rốt
    - 1 cây xúc xích
    - Mè rang
    - Vụn phô mai mozzarella
    - Gia vị : nước tương , dầu ăn
    Cách Làm :
    1 . Dưa leo bỏ hạt , thái hạt lựu .
    - Cà rốt gọt vỏ , thái hạt lựu , chần nhanh rồi vớt ra , để ráo .
    - Xúc xích thái hạt lựu .
    2 . Cho cơm vào bát lớn , thêm dưa leo , cà rốt , xúc xích , 1 thìa mè rang , 1 thìa nước tương , 1 thìa dầu ăn - 2 nắm phô mai . Trộn đều tất cả .
    3 . Vo thành từng viên tròn , cho vào nckd nướng ở 170° trong 10 phút là xong .
