Churros with Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (plus more for frying)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Cinnamon sugar (for dusting)
Preparation Steps:
1. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
