OMEGA BACON-WRAPPED PORK CHOP DEEP DISH

Ingredients:
4 thick pork chops, each wrapped in bacon
2 cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 lb deep dish pizza dough
1 small onion, sliced
Optional: smoked paprika, thyme

Instructions:
