    Creamy Baked Shrimp and Cheese Dip with Garlic and Herbs

    Ingredients:

    1 tablespoon butter

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1/2 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped

    1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

    1/2 cup sour cream

    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    2 tablespoons chopped green onions

    1/2 teaspoon paprika

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Fresh parsley for garnish

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.

    Add chopped shrimp and cook until just pink, about 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

    In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan until smooth.

    Stir in the cooked shrimp, green onions, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    Transfer mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
