Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, mashed
3 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon butter or coconut oil
Honey or maple syrup, for drizzling

Directions:
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs with mashed bananas, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
