    Ingredients:

    1 cup mayonnaise

    1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

    1/2 cup water

    1/2 cup granulated sugar

    2 tablespoons fish sauce (or soy sauce for vegetarian)

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 tablespoon finely chopped red chili (or red pepper flakes to taste)

    1 tablespoon ketchup (for color and depth)

    1 tablespoon cornstarch

    2 tablespoons water (for slurry)

    Directions:

    In a small saucepan, combine rice vinegar, water, sugar, fish sauce, garlic, chili, and ketchup.
