CATACLYSM RATATOUILLE & CHEESE DEEP DISH
Ingredients:
1 lb deep dish pizza dough
1/2 cup marinara or tomato sauce
1/2 cup diced eggplant
1/2 cup zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, sliced
2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella + cheddar)
Optional: thyme, oregano, olive oil drizzle
Instructions:
1⃣ Prebake dough at 400°F for 10 min in deep dish pan.
2⃣ Sauté veggies until tender, season with herbs.
3⃣ Spread sauce over crust, layer veggies, then cheese.
4⃣ Bake 20–25 min until bubbly and golden.
