    300g (10 oz) spaghetti or linguine

    1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for serving)

    Optional: balsamic glaze or lemon zest for finishing

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Toss tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili flakes on a baking tray.
