    1/4 cup toasted almonds, sliced

    1/4 cup dried cranberries

    For the dressing:

    3 tablespoons tahini

    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

    1 clove garlic, minced

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    Water, to thin as needed

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
