    Creamy Cucumber Bacon Ranch Salad with Cheddar & Herbs

    Ingredients:

    2 large cucumbers, diced

    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

    1/2 red onion, finely chopped

    1/3 cup chopped green onions

    1/2 cup sour cream

    1/4 cup mayonnaise

    2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

    Salt and black pepper to taste

    Optional: fresh dill or parsley for garnish

    Directions:
