Refreshing Creamy Cucumber and Onion Salad with Dill
Ingredients:
3 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine sour cream (or Greek yogurt), mayonnaise, white vinegar, sugar, dill, salt, and pepper. Stir well until smooth.
Add the sliced cucumbers and onions to the bowl and toss gently to coat all slices evenly with the creamy dressing.
