    Hearty Stuffed Pepper Soup with Savory Ground Beef and Rice

    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground beef

    1 medium onion, diced

    3 cloves garlic, minced

    4 large bell peppers (red, green, or yellow), diced

    1 cup cooked rice

    1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

    4 cups beef broth

    1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce

    1 teaspoon dried oregano

    1 teaspoon dried basil

    Salt and pepper to taste

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    Directions:
