    Juicy Grilled Chicken Kebabs with Yogurt Marinade and Spices

    Ingredients:

    1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into 1.5-inch cubes

    1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    2 tablespoons lemon juice

    4 garlic cloves, minced

    1 teaspoon ground cumin

    1 teaspoon smoked paprika

    1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

    1/2 teaspoon turmeric

    1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional, for heat)

    Salt and black pepper to taste

    1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks

    1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks

    1 red onion, cut into chunks

    Wooden or metal skewers

    Directions:

    In a large bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and all spices.

    Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

    If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.

    Thread marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers.

    Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

    Grill the skewers for 10โ€“12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and has a nice char.

    Serve hot with rice, pita, or a fresh salad.
