Pork Tenderloin Bites with Mustard Cream Sauce

Pork Tenderloin Bites with Mustard Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Step 1: Sear the Pork
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the pork with salt and pepper, then sear until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Step 3: Finish the Pork
Return the pork to the skillet and cook until it's cooked through and coated in the sauce. Stir in butter until melted.
Step 4: Garnish
Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Step 5: Serve
