Ingredients
For the Chicken Bites

1.5 lbs chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried Italian herbs
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Creamy Dill Sauce

1 cup heavy cream
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped, or 1 tbsp dried dill)
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the Chicken

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken bites with paprika, salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
Add chicken pieces to the skillet and sear on all sides until browned and cooked through (about 6–8 minutes).
Add the butter and minced garlic, stir to coat the chicken in the garlic butter. Remove the chicken and set aside.
Make the Creamy Dill Sauce

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add more butter if needed.
Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes until it begins to thicken.
Add chopped dill, Parmesan (optional), lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Combine and Serve

Return the chicken bites to the skillet and toss them in the creamy dill sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes to combine the flavors.
Garnish with extra fresh dill or parsley.
