Ingredients:
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1½ tsp extra virgin olive oil
Juice of ½ lime (fresh squeezed)
2 tbsp honey
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 avocado, diced
15 oz canned black beans, drained and rinsed
15 oz canned whole kernel corn, drained

2 Roma tomatoes, diced
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dressing:
