Creamy Lemon Garlic Chicken with Parmesan Bowtie Pasta ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿ—๐Ÿง€

Ingredients:

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Step 1: Sear the Chicken
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat, then sear chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Pasta
Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Sauce
In the same pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Stir well and let it simmer until slightly thickened.

Step 4: Finish the Dish
Return the chicken to the pan with the sauce. Simmer for a few minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat everything in the creamy sauce.

Step 5: Serve and Garnish
Plate the creamy lemon garlic chicken over Parmesan bowtie pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
