Classic Dill Pickle Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:

2 cups macaroni (elbow macaroni or your choice)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup pickle juice
1 cup chopped dill pickles
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the Macaroni:
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Dressing:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and pickle juice. Stir until well blended.
3. Combine Ingredients:
Add the cooked macaroni, chopped dill pickles, diced red onion, and chopped fresh dill to the dressing. Gently fold everything together until the macaroni is well coated.
4. Season:
Taste the salad and season with salt and pepper to your liking. Adjust the pickle juice or mayonnaise if you prefer a creamier or tangier salad.
5. Chill:
Cover the macaroni salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
6. Serve:
