Spicy Chili Garlic Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
- 12 large eggs
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp chili garlic sauce (adjust based on your spice preference)
- Smoked paprika (for that smoky touch)
- Crispy fried onions (for crunch)

Directions:
1. Start by boiling the eggs. Place them in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover the pot, remove it from heat, and let it sit for 12 minutes.
2. After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool for about 5-10 minutes.
3. Peel the cooled eggs carefully and slice them in half lengthwise.
4. Scoop out the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
5. Add mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce to the yolks. Mix until smooth and creamy.
6. Taste the mixture and adjust the chili garlic sauce if you want more heat.
7. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
8. Sprinkle some smoked paprika on top for a smoky flavor.
9. Finish by adding crispy fried onions on top for an extra crunch.
