Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce 🍗

Ingredients:

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
Pound chicken breasts to even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Coat the Chicken
In a shallow dish, mix Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Dip chicken in beaten eggs, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.

Step 3: Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 4: Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and simmer. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 5: Serve
Plate the cooked chicken and pour the creamy garlic sauce over it. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
