Garlic and Rosemary Lamb Chops with Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients:
- 4 lamb chops
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Olive oil
Directions:
Step 1: Marinate the Lamb Chops
In a bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Rub this mixture over the lamb chops evenly and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2: Preheat the Grill
