1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp vegetable oil or sesame oil
2 cups snap peas (or green beans)
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup carrots, julienned
1/2 onion, sliced
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
For the Sauce:
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce (low-sodium)
1 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional) Instructions:
