Cheesy Fig and Blue Cheese Bombs: A Unique Treat!

Ingredients:
- 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup fig jam
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup melted herb-infused olive oil (or regular olive oil)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- Honey, for drizzling
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Separate the biscuit dough into 8 biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round shape.
3. Place 1 tablespoon of crumbled blue cheese and 1/2 tablespoon of fig jam in the center of each biscuit round.
4. Sprinkle black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes over the cheese and jam.
5. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
6. Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with melted herb-infused olive oil and sprinkle chopped rosemary on top.
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
8. Once baked, drizzle with honey before serving.
