Ingredients:

4 ears of corn (husks removed)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chili powder (optional, for heat)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
1/4 cup heavy cream or milk (optional, for extra creaminess)
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, chili powder (if using), chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
Coat the Corn:
Place the corn on a baking sheet. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each ear of corn, ensuring they are well coated.
Add Cheese:
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the corn. If you want extra creaminess, drizzle the heavy cream or milk over the cheese.
