Ingredients:
For the Noodles:
8 oz egg noodles
3 tablespoons butter
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
For the Garlic Butter Chicken Bites:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons butter (for chicken)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
2-3 cloves garlic, minced (optional for extra flavor)
Instructions:
Cook the Noodles:
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:
In the same pot, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Stir in the condensed cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Mix until well combined and heated through.
Cook the Chicken:
In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Add the bite-sized chicken pieces, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
