Ingredients:
For the Jalapeños:

6-8 jalapeños, halved lengthwise
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
For the Creamy Dip:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Jalapeños:
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and chili powder (if using). Mix until well combined.
