Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
2 fresh chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce (for that fiery kick!)
1 tablespoon honey (to balance the heat)
For the Ramen:
2 packs instant ramen noodles
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Mix well and let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
Cook the Chicken:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Ramen:
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer.
Add the Cream:
Stir in the heavy cream and paprika, mixing well. Allow the mixture to simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the Ramen Noodles:
Add the instant ramen noodles to the skillet and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes, until tender.
Combine and Serve:
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to combine everything. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions for a fresh finish.
