Treat your furry friend to these delicious and healthy pumpkin pup-sicles! They’re easy to make and perfect for a warm day. Here’s how to whip them up:
Ingredients:
1 cup pure pumpkin puree (100% pumpkin, no added sugar or spices)
½ cup plain yogurt (unsweetened, unflavored; use dairy-free if needed)
¼ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
1 tablespoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
Instructions:
Mix the Ingredients:
In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, plain yogurt, natural peanut butter, and honey (if using). Stir until all the ingredients are well blended and smooth.
Pour into Molds:
Pour the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays. You can also use paper cups if you don’t have molds.
Freeze:
Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
